From start to finish the service was excellent. Anthony was excellent in explaining and discussing options initially. Office service from Jessica and Laverne was speedy and comprehensive and all documentation, including that necessary to process the grant were done efficiently. The installers were friendly, on time on the agreed date, and completed the installation in good time and very tidily with minimum disruption. The system is operating very successfully. Anthony and his team are excellent. We have a roof tile that other installers ran a mile from and despite Anthony’s temptation to do the same thing, he didn’t and agreed to the install for a small extra cost to cover the additional labour. The work was carried out on time and very neatly and a post sale query re a wire we needed moved was dealt with promptly and for no fee. Highly recommend using Wyse Solar Solutions.
